Ta-daa both resized to 64x128, i can work on making the shading more detailed later but for now we have two prototype images :D

Austria could be good

Mmh maybe we could have Génova (known by their genovesse crossbowmen) and give them the carroccio (a wagon with city signs)
Sorry, the war wagon was a czech invention(actually, chinese and korean too) so it could be for austria and poland

Swiss could be another faction

And i am thinking on sahara nomads with a differemt gameplay (not all the factions need to have the same gameplay right?)

I am not sure but i saw swedian, maybe not (¿?)

For building:
Barracks: is still good for basic infantry and line infantry

Stable: still good for cav

Archery range: can be available early on, you can build late era crossbows here

Foundery: here cannons and other armaments are built

University: here you can progress through the ages, unlocking new techs and units each time? Kind of like advancement centre but has option of advancing through ages

Gunsmith/blacksmith: one makes advancements to guns other to armour and weapons. Late era units like the knight and crossbow shouldnt have too many upgrades here, the whole point is for units to get better as the age progresses

For mega buildings:
Fort: still used even in gunpowder times, castles went out of fashion

Of course basics like walls and palisades still buildable like in AoS

Any others?

I like them
I would add the military academy for officers and elite infantry

Also cathedral and churches

Also, i had some ideas
1) some buildings u can only build them next to cities (like academy, cathedral, stables, funderies, university, etc) and others next villages( like farms, barracks, curch)

2) u upgrade the city with this buildings (cities would be 2x2) then u can have 4 buildings in a city (every map will have few) and villages(1x1) would be also upgraded(there will be more than cities)
Every tile of a city and villages is a sandlot that we can upgrade
Shipyards would be only buildable at cities
Also some buildings will be able only buildable outside the cities and the villages like monastery or abbey, wood fort, star fort and others like trench, spike wall, field hospital (similar to chapel that only heals), palisades
U can also have walled cities upgrades the sandlot into bastions that also attack

3) just do it like aos and have fun too


Then, buildings are
Barrack
Military achademy
Foundery
Blacksmith(maybe another name)
Cathedral
Church
Hospital
Stables
University
Farm (for gold incoming)(idk if gold incoming will be at the game)
Shipyard
Dock

Also, i want to know if gold incoming will be included in gamplay

It works like population limit
U dont stock gold
U cant overwaste gold

Some buildings increse this limit
Others consume some

Also units consume
Its something like
-farm gives u 30 gold incoming
-u create a unit, it cost 7 gold per turn
-in that order, u cant only create 4 of that units
-a mercenary would cost much more, but they are gast to produce (maybe 1 turn and 19 gold per turn)

as i said, some building consume this resource
For example
-after building a fort, u have to upkeep it
-it could cost 41 gold per turn since is a fortification that doesnt produce food

If u are at the limit of gold incoming and u lose one of ur factories that produces gold, and u get over the limit, then ur units start losing hp per turn. Also buimdings that consume gold are affected

Tercio Pikeman
Tercio musketeer
Tercio rodelero
Fencer
Rapier master
Lancer

Also one british unit
Longbowman

And some regular units (all factions have them)
Musketeer
Pikeman
Light Cavalry

Maybe start with those two factions
Then i think france and nederlands would be ok
Making them in pairs might easier

About cannons (artillery) we will need:
Mortar
Falconet
Ribault
Light cannon
And maybe rockets jijiji
