Nount and balde is a rpg game set on a fictional continent during medieval times. It lets you to completely edit you character

Achievable, but I think it would need to change the entire game to put mechanics for it, like very big maps, economy, diplomacy and even rpg characteristics.

Character customization and level up mechanics are plausible.
For the map we can have a single one that replaces villages with houses, cities with tcs and catles are self explanatory
