A strategist is a big picture outlook. They are good at deciding what units to build, what playstyle to go with, basically overall strategies to win. A tactician is better with the units at hand. They are good at maximizing the potential of the units he has.

Basically:

Strategist = I will move a group of knights to kill this group of infantry as part of my plan to weaken his southern front
Tactician = I will move Knight A to this area and kill Archer B...

The Red fist continues tp ship spam.... this undoubtedly calls for further reduction to his stats, as the Washington treatises were already in full force when he began, and know that he knows of them he still refuses to acknowledge their authority.

Also, how can I be ranked so closely with a truce breaker even though I have never broken a truce?

Another note, the part where it says he is too busy to help allies is completely false, he simply chooses not to, claiming a war for his ally against a hostile player is a civil war +25 to self delusion stat (a stat reserved for commies and John Cena)

Forgive this insolence on behalf of the DCPR. The DCPR council decided that the chaotic west needed to be ceded before it rose up as a united, threatening force. This was delayed by an extended, costly war with the C.A.L., but now that they are no more, the council has decided-without my approval-that the western legions will have enough support to finally clean up the west.

my review for his playstyle- (based upon the current game )

Playstyle- extremely aggressive(and by aggressive i seriously mean that)
Strategic style - spamming
Effective units- catapults and knights(upgraded fully)
Also , like any spammer he uses a lot of workers and the speed with which he produces everything, i am pretty sure he uses mony lenders too.
