So this guy is using a form of "betting bullying"? Would it be good to have Daniel shut his account down? 'Thatoneguy' could make a new one but this would make him lose all his gems, at least.

I agree, it should be shut down. If its not this may encourage other new players to do the same thing

You misunderstood him: he does not have more phones or accounts that is considered cheating - he only sets up games where he is allied with 3 AI-s and plays against 2 multiplayers.

so anyone who can join can see that he set up a misbalanced game.

@Dgkfadomo777 : we will kick his ass in one of his games if you use the "spell" regenerate on a building site it will be built up immediately - however i will check if it can build units or not - because that would be bad having a disabled factory

When he played against me he used no ai.

I played with him and we won a pretty easy victory. I thought, hey, we should play another game, so I joined another one he set up and he teamed up on me with the AI for like 10 gems or something. Not very cool. I'm all for tanking that guy.

I have more than enough gems, to take him down with powerups but ell me and I will win him like he did when I found out how to kill him.

i already talked to him telling him i am the dev, he was sceptic, but later he seemed to accept my point (however never promised to stop this activity)

Glad i found this thread (whilst searching for something completely different).
I played with him a few months back..like said, he was allied up to the teeth, with AI. Leaving me on my own. Rather than playing, I just resigned an gave him the 3 gems. I thought at the time "?" Actually I cant really write what i thought at the time, It wasnt very nice

This is why you must look closely at the teams/players set up before you ever join a game.

Yes, once I joined a 1 vs player+2 AI game on purpose. I noticed that it was a yes(10) upgrades game

He apparently thought he needed the two AI to defeat me. He was right except for the defeating me part
