Sandbag bunker IMPLEMENTED

I think it should take damege for enemy couterattack,no unit who attack

This structure should house infantry and they would do less damage with increased Damage when they fire upon enemy.

I mean: When unit in sandbag bunker attack other unit,the sandbag bunker take damage for enemy counterattack,no this unit. Cleare?
