British: Wellington Medium Bomber IMPLEMENTED

2nd image of the day, British Medium bomber Wellington.

I plan to use a 2nd version, when night is implemented to camoflauge the plane from ground units, but it must not be steppable. If airplanes are around, chances are the enemy will see them.

A JSON and a renamed image. I've tested it, and it works good.
