Waiting for 100 000 installs for AOF!

Stunning AOF is how underrrated
It is now: 67 143 installs

and only 80-90 installs per day!

nooo! why? :(

i know AOS is older for a few years but AOF has much more things eg. units, races and so on - so should be in same level as AOS already.

anyone has idea why can this be?
And what to do?
(i have even implemented in AOS "how to get gems" to give extra gems to install AOF too - is that working?)

AOF needs much much more promotion imho.

There are possibly 2 fundamental reasons.

Number one:
This game is used as an extra way of getting gems. Either no one will have the space, interest, or time for the promoted game for 10 extra gems, or they lost interest at that the start (somehow).

Number Two:
It's the same game.
That's not exactly true, but it is all too similar to AoS. It also seems to be less welcoming to newcomers because of all the additions it bears. It takes a while to accumulate enough gems to unlock all upgrades for all 4 (future 5-6) races. Spells are also pretty hard to use fpr beginners.

No, just a lot of people prefer history over fantasy, especially alternate history. Maybe start promoting age of fantasy in age of strategy. And also we start adding more to age of strategy, due to more players playing it, but I'm sure we already did the most common units.

AoF is already promoted enough in AoS. We don't need to hit users with advertisements. :roll:

It must be more friendly to the beginner, so that more people who try it will give it a better review and reccomend it.

I suggest tweaking it's economy because most units cost about 6 to 8 gems rather than AoS's average 5-6.

We could reward more gems per difficulty.
Example
4 gems for every easy campaign map.
6 gems for every medium campaign map.
8 gems for each hard campaign map.

The greater risk the player takes to earn gems. Will result in greater unlocking power.

Skirmish maps might stay the same unless they are rated as well.

Or we can just add the market. ;)

Earlier there was a requirement for a certain amount of maps. Surely LOA, Brave, and Constantine already surpassed the number of maps needed.

Probably people need to notice this game,just by adding new features,it won't become too famous.
We must try doing many promotions(I'll definitely do aroound 5)
We need AoF to be popular enough like AoS(or it won't make sense for releasing AoWW,I am saying it because if it keeps going to same way,AoWW will become AoF in the end(sorry to be so direct))

Right now theirs alot of balancing needing to happen and some revamping on units
Could be a cause why downloads go slow or and people losing interest

however if you add
- Weather
- Daytime
- terrain affects

I think more people will be more interested cause theirs is more activity happening in the game

Don't forget the soundtracks, maybe when your done with your studying you can get each races soundtracks in eh?

If anything though, if you want more downloads I could look into some things to see what might make this even better. The daily challenge, plus the things Tank Head and I suggested would be a good start but theirs also other factors too, I have 3 books, 2 focus on game design, 1 tells you how to work Java script but also offers sheds some light on a few things. It goes from balancing, game variants, story lines (I love plot twists :) ), and other stuff that might be useful to you. I'm pretty sure some others have similar assets but just offering some help on the subject.
