Well gok let me tell you a classic trick to pixel images. If you downsize the image to fit 64x64 or 90x90 or 128x128 or what ever the size requirement is then draw the outline of the image, Half of the battle is won. Coloring and shading are next but those are generally easier.

wat do u mean .php format? if u use browser on android anything u download from here is automatically converted to .php format, u can rename it to .png format to use it
