Sounds like a challenge! I could try, although it'll take some time (especially since my thesis deadline is getting near). But I might be able to get some help from friends. Do you have an estimate of how much text there is to translate? And what is the worst thing that'll happen if I fail (other than lost time)?

What if you break the translation work into pieces? You can both give each translator less work to do at once, and ensure the highest priority translations happen first. For example, not knowing the menus would make the game unplayable - that's very high priority. Having every unit description translated might be low priority.

Also, it might help to regularly upload the work somewhere accessible to other devs (perhaps using git or something similar), so that it wouldn't be lost if I have to quit.

I can try to translate some words into traditional chinese.
