Plasma submarine IMPLENTED

Given need to fight humans on water terrain the greys stole the concept of submarines from them. They decided to improve it and invented the way to use the powerful plasma in torpedoes and rockets. Stelthed descruction.
Unlockable after improved plasma weapons tech. Basicaly like human main sub, but higher and energy damage. It requires reaserch tho (the second plasma weapons tech). Just so they can somewhat defend.
Also with a balistic version, fires the plasma rockets. And yes, effected by both reptilian's energy damage increasment techs and human balistic techs.
