I've tried two and they did not work for me - the phone records it in variable frame rate. I can't edit that in an editor: it wants constant frame rate. Anyone found a solution?

I use Lightworks for the video editor, but I can be convinced to use a different free one that does the same thing.

I don't know, perhaps use the one I use.

Wich version?
Rotted/Jailbreaked?
Stock rom?

Most older phones cant screenrecord (android below 5.0)

Android 8.0.0 mostly has a screenrecorder build-in?
is that one not good enough?

if all the play store recorder werent good for you try the
google play games recorder. the newest versions of googe play games have a screenrecorder!

There are alot of methods to use phone on the pc or to have its screen displayed there
1. TeamViewer-a few third party programs that are similar-
2. share/stream your phones display with the pc (just google for stuff in that direction.
3. or consider emulating the phone on pc since it should have less complications then using phone and pc together.

I have that one and also DU recorder.
