Turn off time restriction on posts

...Remove the time restriction on pm's and posts? Right now, users can't send more than one pm or post more than once in a 5 minute period...it's very frustrating...if you aren't sure how to change it, let me know and I'll walk you through it...it isn't hard...

I write quite fast and I would make 3 topics instead of one if I wouldn't have to wait...

not 5 minutes, but as i remember 30 secs.
but ok i will turn it off (if i find that setting again
