Aimed shot

Requires level 3 archery
Cost: 6 at archery range
Effect: Elven archer (only the basic one) gain the Aimed shot skill: When using aimed shot the archer gains a +5 to damage and -4 to speed for the next turn (it basically sacrifice one turn action and the next turn movement to deal increased damage).

Centaur techs

Herd morale:

When a melee centaur has other centaurs near himself it gains a morale bonus to attack: every centaur (melee or ranged) have an aura of effect with a range of 3 that gives to all other melee centaurs +1 to attack
Cost: 6 at Tcs and great trees

Trampling charge:
Image
Melee centaurs can team up to charge against enemies trampling everything in their way: every melee centaur gain 1 to power range and have an aura of effect with a range of 2 that gives to all other melee centaurs +0.1 to trample damage.
requires Herd morale
Cost: 8 at Tcs and great trees


Cleanse spell

Research cost 3

Add the cleanse spell to the druid unit

The cleanse spell can remove negative status from friendly units

Might want to package trident upgrades with trident throwing. Neither one individually seems good enough to attract votes so far
Currently residing at the local ninja academy. I'm still watching though.

That's a lot of techs and so very few of units. Maybe I should start voting for mermen techs.
