Why can't i train a caravel IMPLEMENTED

I bought the caravel i have every upgrade ingame
But i can not train or see it in the map editor

And Yes i checked all of the posible buildings to train it

It somehow disappeared from buildlist.json.
Maybe my fault. Should be fixed in next version.
