Description of "Massive walls" and "Masonry" IMPLEMENTED

I am translating strings. I found that the current description of these tech are wrong. After testing, their correct description is : Raise majority of structures current max. HP by 50%. (Ver 1.092)(or 1.093)
E.g. Castle original HP=1000
"Massive walls" finished : 1000->1500
"Masonry" finished : 1500->2250

E.g. Gate original HP=60
"Massive walls" finished : 60->90
"Masonry" finished : 90->135

E.g. Church original HP=20
"Massive walls" finished : 20->30
"Masonry" finished : 30->45

Dojo and Roman garrison don't have that buff. (Maybe they are unique structures?)

I don't know the mend bonus is correct or not.

Mend bonus is also increased by same amount.

well, dojo and garrison costs 5 turns to build so i dont see y they should b left out of the tech benefits, their base hp could b reduced to 30 if needed, that way 45 and 68 hp wont b so bad

ok dojo, roman garrion is fixed, tell me if there is any other building lask of these.
(reason is that many units and techs are not yet jsonized)
