Mending rate IMPLEMENTED

Mending rate is sometimes too high. It should last longer for workers or laborers for example to repair catapults (and probably some other buildings /units, I haven't checked every)

Do you have suggestions which should be the mending rate for which units? Let's sum up everything here

this is a setting on each building/construct:
a) build bonus
b) mend bonus

so please tell me specific unit types and suggested mend/build rate changes

Implemented after meagre 4.5 years.
