Hold on! Whats with the need for upgrades?

Upgrades were originally set in place to keep basic units, "relevant." Throwing in some upgrades will not have that much of a positive impact.

1. When posting stats, can we start including damage type? This one would be energy damage.

2. I actually think some form of technology progression rewards forward thinking plans. The question is, do we make it specific unit upgrades, or blanket upgrades like blacksmith techs?
Currently residing at the local ninja academy. I'm still watching though.

I would prefer the idea of giving yhem the blanket upgrades, but only when necessary. We will give them copies of weapon upgardes just so stealing becomes useful between cross races. *Lets try to make reverse engineering a thing here* :mrgreen:

We could start off with the reptilian race and human race first. Then we will add every other basic units from accepted races into the game, and start adding more units from there.

With all basic units and races added into the game we will be able to balance and plan unit development out from there.

I was thinking that. For example, a reptilians upgrade for energy weapons can't be researched by humans, but their laser troops can certainly make use of them if stolen.
