Laser Tank IMPLEMENTED

Humans tank. Not that big attack,range and armor like aliens armored mechine,but still strong unit.

Add ability:
Charged beam
Adds 12 power to self, duration 2, refreshes when used again.
Think about sentinel's "strengthen" spell in AoF. Enables it to charge the weapon before firing, if no targets are close enough to shoot right away.

I think its good idea,thanks to that unit will be more unique than just copy from AoWw.

Ok. Honestly it cloud be better,but becouse we lack images so hard,it can work for now. We might reskin it someday.
