And has big costs.Just some robots that have medium costs and high speed but lower stats

How about a self aware AI?

Sounds cool!

AI that become self aware due to powerful AI development. The AI has wait long to strike. When the aliens invade earth, it know that it's the right time. The AI conquer many weapons and robotic factory and produce evil robots.

Sounds like Terminator 3

After a long think that make such a long delay....i think the robot will good at a sibspecies of alien and human species,by the way what is self aware Ai???

Self awareness itself means conscious awareness with their feelings, motive, and desire, that means they are aware of their own feelings, motives, and desires. Living things have self awareness, but computer or Ai have not.

But if the Ai get self awareness, it maybe will lead to anything (the worse is they will get the motives to eliminates human, like terminator). The self aware Ai is probably still a sci-fi fantasy for now.
