Dwarf tech: Explosives

Tech: Explosives
It adds the abillity "blasting charges" and "flash bomb" to alchemists, mithril guard ? (we have to discuss who gets this)

Blasting charges
- 4-7 turns cooldown (common? cooldown with "flash bomb")
- 2-3 range
-free action
-Everything in 1 radius from the targeted unit suffers 7-15 damage and gains the burning effect.


Flash bomb
- 3 range
-free action
- 4-5 turns cooldown (common? cooldown with "blasting charges")
- stuns an enemy for one turn and reveals the area around him ( reveals 6-8 blocks around the targeted unit )

Maybe for special bombardier unit?

Yes we could add miners with blasting charges ?

Not so bad idea.
I will think later for stats and such.
But that is for future – right now we need to concentrate on balancing current dwarves and scaledfolks as well as adding to both more techs. Preferably those which are already agreed for.
