More Defencive variant of Fire Dragon.

Cost - 9 turns, Trainable at Rune Mansion only. Counts as Giant. Doesn't fly. For producing you need to research a tech "Fire Binding" for 8 turns first (in Rune Mansion as well)
Hp - 120.
Attack - 20, 400% bonus to Mega Buildings, 1% bonus to ALL non-flying units (so 100% damage on counter).
Range - 1.
Armor - 5/10
Speed - 3 (1 on mountains)
Sight - 5.
Spell Resist - 100%
Abilities:
Elemental - It can't be affected by any buffs/debuffs (auras, spells...), can't be healed in buildings (only via spells!), can't be poisoned.
Can be slowed.
Burning weapon.
Incineration - Deals 30 magic damage to target adjust unit. Puts Burning on it if possible. 2 turns cooldown.
Lava Shield - Transform ability, Dragon gets +3 melee armor, +10 damage, looses attack range and all speed.
Incineration can be still used.

Can't be transported by Zeppelins or wagons. Also please make this unit unique to dwarves - no summoning or any way of getting it for other races.

Updated stats (lowered alternate form's bonus damage and armor, added cooldown to incineration ability, lowered armor)

Nice image, and good abilities.

With 120 hp is far the strongest from dragons, (orc dragon 80 hp )
With such armor. Is really op
And even can get +6melee +20 attack is insane, Rushes trough an elven empire in no time, though her speed 3.
As unique unit has a chance.
Needs
Rune mansion isn't a basic building, than I'm agains it.
Less armor
Hp 100 is still good
Im nut sure if fits to dwarves
Wery weak to ice (we need frozing effect)

I think human and elven dragon need some hp pump.

For both dragons there must be researched in mansion 8-10 turn tech, details will be later.

Also remember that bonus damage and armor is in stationary mode.
It can't get ANY buff or debuff. It can be only healed by priests and clerics. Also it counts as giant and elves have Sentinels which have currently +50% bonus damage to giants.

Stationary mode? Does it start spitting fire.

He can't attack directly any unit that is near him in this mode and can't move but he deals full damage on counter (alas maybe +20 damage is a bit too much, i'll lower it to 10)

Also can we make addition to "Disenchant" spell: it can deal 10 magic damage to units with "Elemental" ability?

No it is not an upgrade.
It is different version and you need research to be able training BOTH Magma dragon and Fire Dragon (like for humans you need to research ballistics before you can build catapults)
Fire Dragon and Magma Dragon are like Uruk Hai and Olog Hai - Both are heavy melee units who can take lots of damage. Is Olog Hai an Upgrade of Uruk Hai? No. Same is here.

Fire Dragon is more offencive, has less hp and armor but more damage and special burning that affects EVERY unit in the game.
Magma Dragon is Defencive variant of is, has better health and armor, has ability to become a stationary wall and can damage enemy units without counter with his ability.

So basically this thing can become a tower and turn into a, umm, ruin Dragon in kinda like a bone golden without vanishing.

Yea. It becomes a wall with 100% damage counter and with ability to damage enemies. But he can't damage enemies via regular attack in this mode.

Do you have stats for its other form of did I miss something?

Exept of these all its stats are the same as in normal form.
