Orc Leader Upgrades Missing Names IMPLEMENTED

Note that this bug is also in public version of the game.

Report: When upgrading Orc Leader to Orc Warlord, and when upgrading Orc Warlord to Orc King, at the turn the techs are researched, this will happen:

IT WILL SHOW THIS
Tech: UNIT_ORC_GIANT_UPGRADE_...

INSTEAD OF THIS
Tech: Orc Leader to Orc Warlord

Same issue with the Orc King.
I am, indeed, a big Witch King and Middle Earth fan if you didn't notice.

Now it upgrades all giants of orcs (orc leaders and uruk hais currently)
