Simple bug: Banshee scream cannot be used on the highest tier of orc axe throwers.

Actually, I think you can't cast ANY spells on them. Not even, say, regeneration.

are they always say "missed" or they can not even get targeted?

ok, fixed uos 20.
reason was the U_THROWERS category was not child of the U_WAR_UNITS category.
