Disbanded knight - IMPLEMENTED
It is an outlaw, a mercenary, trainable in castles only who works for money
Cost: 2 turns
Attack 15
Health 45
Speed 4
Sight 5
Armours 2 each
Non convertible
Bonus of 50% against all units except spearmen
Sounds like a producable hero unit , doesnt he? Well wait till you hear his fee- he charges 1 money carrier to work for you for 2 turns. If you donot give him money continuously he will go away(dies)
I think it is well balanced and perfect for immediate protection from an ambush
It will also increase usefulness of money lenders

How would this money lender thing work?
The day is coming when a single carrot, freshly observed, will set off a revolution.

Re: Disbanded knight
There will be some indication when the last turn of the knight's hiring begins on the knight. Within that turn and the next(an extra turn to take the money lender near him as he is too weak and might get killed if it gets too close)you have to get a money lender on the just adjAcent tile of the knight. When the turn ends, the money lender dies, and the knight is yours again for two turns

Re: Disbanded knight
Cool basic premise of a unit but what if instead of money unit having to follow. You must have money courier in Castle in order to produce him? Basically set his build time to say 12 but must have 3 money couriers in the castle.

Re: Disbanded knight
What is a money courier? And i did not understand what you are suggesting
I will clear my stand- it is a veryfast producable very strong unit which can be produced only if you already have a money lender ADJACENT to the tc. It will work for you for two turns per each money lender
Edit - i understand what you mean(money courier =money lender) but as i said , it should be fast producable while your suggestion will make it a bit slow also, i dont want it to become an op unit hence you continuously should be able to pay him to keep him alive

Re: Disbanded knight
I think it is an interesting concept. It is a cool idea for money lenders, but I don't know how soon the mechanic of paying the mercenary can be implemented.
Thanks!

I think you can modify the hero knight a bit and make him more cool for this unit's image

Re: Disbanded knight
Remove the shield and the other thing and replace both by long swords. I imagined it like that

That is actually a sick image though, maybe it can be used for another unit in the future

Re: Disbanded knight
Good but both swords look like rapiers, make them a bit thicker. Also do some changes to the horse too aS he is looking plain

Re: Disbanded knight
I dont know what is wrong with the horse, and though this looks good, i think there is something wrong with the stripes. Maybe removing them from the head and neck will solve the problem. Rest all are perfect- swords, man everything
