for me it is not necessary, but for other can be good, since that case they can start new unit designs from the existing ones too.

I was thinking about new units/ improvements I'd like to add.

1. Roman legionaire bonus
The Roman legion was nearly invincible when it was together in groups (and the unit sucks currently anyway) so I was thinking that if you have four of them in a box all their stats double until one of the four die or they move out of the box formation (mobility and range shouldn't double though). This may sound op but it isn't considering if any of them die the stat is lost.


2. Spartan hoplite improvements: Spartans were similar to the legion in regards to being nearly invincible together so I was thinking if two or more Spartans are in a line together their mobility decreases by one while their attack and hp double (2.5x if they have rocks or water on either side of them as they can't be flanked from the sides)

3. Ornihopter balancing:
I think damage from archers should decrease so it takes 3 shots for a tower or normal archer to kill one but I think that they should have to land once every four turns (to reload rocks) and when they do they can be one hit killed by any land unit other than swordsmen and pikemen (or any other units as weak or weaker than those two)

4 samurai:
They are useless currently in the game. Make them have higher def against range and mounted units

Anti-horse ranged unit: like an archer but can do more damage against mounted units (should deal damage equal to half a Knights health) but can be one hit killed by knights (takes 3 turns to make and should have a range of 1+ a knights movement)

Attack (or speed) / def (or health) heavy variants of all units

This idea involves being able to pick if your unit has lighter armoured (-50%def for +2 speed) or if it's reckless ( -50%hp for +50% attack)or if it's heavy armoured (+50% def -50% speed [max 3]) or if it's conservative (+50%hp -50% attack)

I updated it today and hope.i forgot no image. But every
Designer.for this game should download this.rar.

free iconset found, updated on first post.

Found a free iconset/unitset that is also very useful to have - many animals and fantasy like beings (not for AOS, but for AOF), we can use them and modify them, just we need to give creadit.

Yes, creative commons. Their license means it is free to use, but we must attribute the art that we use to them (I bet they say how on an FAQ somewhere) and we cannot copyright it other than a CC-BY-SA license.
