if you want to make it cheap, reduce or change the stats as weaker... 0.5 turns?? its impossible... did you mean two walk and 1 attack?

Here its abilities, it is very useful at skipping (Like a Jumping Kangaroo)

launcher drone sounds not good to me... how about Drone Missile Launcher... Sounds good to me..?? Agree.

This unit has bonus against Navy units or water units like ornithopter...

Bad against Ranged Units (e.g kind of archer or projectile shooter)
