If your wondering why i don't use them its because i really only play against AI and AI love archers, which archers tend to kill healers pretty quickly. Honestly been thinking that for awhile, even a small change as in changing the color yellow to black and put on the top a skull flag or something.
You also opened my eyes to think of a undead ship. Only 1 considering they can already go across water.

Usually the main would be wolf/dog people from alot of fantasy games/books/movies. Although since this is our thing i think the main ones should be

One of those 3 in my opinion because those 3 can reproduce the fastest and breed a large number at once.

I gave it that name to make it more taboo/banned.
Originally all races had what you called "super potion" but would kill its subjects. So it was a taboo to used until undead got they're hands on it called X Serum but if you want a name change that's alright too

The spell casted on are trick into thinking your allies are your enemies. Unlike persuasion you can easily knock them out of it with damage OR after 2 turns return to normal. Skeletions that die have a very low chance the skeleton will still appear after death.
Like how a human dies and the skeleton appears, same for skeletons but at very low chance. 5% I wanna say.

Zombie units have a chance of becoming immune to the following
Fire 10% chance
Posion 25% chance
Any other debuffing effects 15%
If the percentages of each one are too weird then just set each one to 10%
