Hardly...i have a wonderful family, a career i love and I've been living in my own since i joined the US Navy (where i earned 4 college degrees) at the age of 18...but i have no need to justify myself, anyway... ;-)

Sweet...I'm not really concerned about gems at this point...i want to get more players involved and get the groundwork lain for a successful organisation...it just takes time and a lot of organising...

If you average it out over a 6-month period and figure the average person completes one campaign map per week for 4 gems, then double that to 8 gems x 26 weeks= 208 gems, i don't think the standing list is too unreasonable...after all, anyone is free to join into the league and participate...once Da...

Not really...the distribution among the players will dilute the concentration considerably, especially if we get a lot more players...and remember, the 80-gems for player salaries are for an entire season/post-season/championship series...it isn't 80 gems per week...it's 80 gems for a league for a 6...

I don't think the gems will lose their value a long as the "market" (AoS community) doesn't get overly flooded with them...even if a player has all the upgrades, New units are being added all the time as gem-purchasable upgrade, and consumable perks will always be available...to be honest, I've been...

That's cool, but if it were a preset cycle, it could add an element of strategy...otherwise it would be a crapshoot...i'd be really upset if i spent 30 turns training a platoon of shapeshifters, then sent them to attack an orc stronghold, only to have them suddenly turn into bunnies and be eaten by ...

humans are kinda weak now, so what about adding my hoplite-shield wall suggestio n here. That's a good idea...but humans are basically weaker than most fantasy species, anyway...humans' strength lies in their intelligence, ability to adapt, and superior military equipment and training...not to ment...

Elves' "tech"- Resurrection - ANSWERED

When developed, this "tech" would give all UPGRADED elven units a 15% probability to be automatically resurrected with 50% of maximum hit points, if killed...research cost: 8 turns


For fairness' sake, it would only affect units killed AFTER the tech was researched and developed...

an upgrade of wolf rider, and this way it will be as strong as was the wolf rider earlier. This sounds a lot more reasonable...what's the turn cost, 10? Since the knight-> heavy knight upgrade is 7 turns, and broad swordsman->man-at-arms is 7 turns, and the orc upgrade will be pretty much a superun...
