Hello,
A few days ago I was playing on an oceanic map as the dwarfes and i noticed that the tugboat can’t mend other ships and can start the construction of building, am I missing something?

I know that auxiliares spearman can cover that role but their stable production is impossible due to the randomness of the auxiliares

Hi, i was thinking that the romans miss a crucial type of unit: an anti-cavalry unit. I know that changes to the romans often aren’t necessary because they are already pretty balanced, but i think a light/medium spear man/hoplite would cover a vital role for the army

Maybe it can work as a Terrain. It cost 3/4 turn, it heavely slow down infantry unit only and deal a bit of damage. Hi, what did you think about give torpedo as an ability for cruiser class ship? It can have a little better statistic as torpedo on submarines but it has a great countdown like 6 or 7 turn so it will not replace the submarines efficiency or their role

Flagship coordinates the fleet, maybe it can be a strong ship with aura "coordination" that give to navi +1 sight and speed, the aura to work need technologies "comunication", it surely have heavy AA gun
