. It might be more appropriate to call them Forced Labourers for the all other nations that did have it. All used Civilians in construction before forced labor so I don't see the need to make another different type. Besides, they are meant to have better mend rate than rifleman so it makes much mor...

multiple cultures could also grow same crops, celt can grow potatoes may b? Potato came to europe in 1536 so not sure. But yeah, culture can grow basically their own. Hmmm, maybe to prevent from some from mixing. Maybe there will be culture specific crops that only usable for their cultural barracks?
