May be for equal chances for hum and elf.
(Not sure for armor and attack increase(only) for elves and undeads.

Wat abt giants and dragons? Or imperials and phantoms? Lower max spell res to 60-80%, (u can't even slow them - very hard to 3 race now that decreased cost)! Now really looks as sub race (or a bunch of walking armores).. Phantoms are living armours. The blockade is nice. Both stats need changes. As for functionality, goblins can't swimm so building a normal tower along coast, makes no difference than building it on next tile on water. Same as wall (3-4 current cost and also holds units) And too strong(hp and armor) and cheap. Could be blockade ...

As for 6 turn units they are weak and unbalanced. 1recomand to wait for Lizard expansion - they will get skirmishers - hunters. And make stats after it (if units needed) (Lamina is not exactly a warmage Savra) 2) Scaledfolk has too many auras and buffers by Kobolds , a weaker buffer mage won't help ...

Oh so u agree and like it :o Will become a pretty interesting hybrid fighter. Let's rock. Stats. Well. Depends what u merge into but, U can add some unique spell too (idea?) Terrain walk fly. The armor after deciding if it's affected by upgrades or not Add CD, duration, and self only(if it's case)

Currently Kobold are the most desvolted and have the closest relation with dragons.-and unbalanced auras. The rest sub races lack of any units.
