What would happen to current units in the game? Conjurer and Pristess for example heavily rely on magic. Is it possible to completely change unit's image and json without removing it from the game?

1. Exactly. A terrible idea also.
2. Stupid. Not only zombies are worse in flavor but it will make undeads ultimately weaker. I mean seriously, splitting basic into 2 groups, ones with higher hp and ones with higher attack. I am completely against this.

Liches were never weak in fantasy. Quite the opposite, they were one of most fearful undead to exit. The current lich is simply...how to say... Completely fragile and barely useful. My concept is to make it like a battlemage, something liches usually are. I really hate this Warcraft oriented lich. C...

Nah. That stats is pretty useless, since it will keep skeletons useless. I want this. I'm tired of my death knight getting hit by 2 turn halberdier and barely surviving, with absolutely no way to effectively heal besides sitting in TC or bone tower for like, 10 turns.

Image is great for draft. The chariot can be used as battle transport (weaker than undead knight), which would be very useful in case transporting a fragile unit without escort. 1 carry capacity and 3 cost.

This would be useful for replenishing after losses, especially since this can be built in safezone. Grave diggers can still be at frontline to boost army. More tactics.

I think this will remove the "gargoyles are useless" fact. This can be spammable, and considering skeleton workers are cheap, you can make more than 1 or 2 gargoyles in one turn. They are well used if in bigger numbers.

I would like to see this. But maybe instead of keeping the same stats change stats to skeleton of the corpse unit is supposed to drop. Newmade skeleton won't be affected by researched technologies.
